1/25 (5pm) Homemade Stocks with Amy Hannon
One of the most valuable (and most therapeutic!) skills to learn in the kitchen is how to make beautiful, homemade stocks for your soups and sauces. In this class, Amy Hannon will walk you through how to make homemade chicken stock and homemade beef stock, as well as how to store it, freeze it, and more. Then she will serve up two delectable soups featuring both stocks! Once you've savored the richness and flavor of homemade stock, you'll never go back!
